I'm a certified ADHD coach. I spent over a decade in high-pressure corporate environments. I thought the problem was me.Most professionals with ADHD aren't just misunderstood by the people around them. After years of trying to fit, you start to misunderstand yourself too. You forget what actually works for you. You stop knowing what to ask for.Sometimes you need someone to help you see yourself clearly again.Real change starts there — with remembering who you are and what you need. How I Found My
Purpose in Coaching

I've spent over a decade working in high-pressure environments where performance is everything. And in that time, I kept seeing the same thing — people struggling not because they weren't capable, but because the way they were working didn't fit how their brain actually operates.

I know that feeling personally. It's part of why I became a coach.
I'm not here to give you a system that works for everyone else. I'm here to help you find what works for you — practical, real, and built around the way you're actually wired.


I believe the most impactful coaching happens when we focus on three things:

Answers to frequent questions

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-focused and practical. We're not here to process the past — we're here to build systems that work for your brain right now. If you're also working with a therapist, coaching sits alongside that really well.

I'm on medication. Do I still need this?

Medication can help with focus — but it doesn't teach you how to organise your time, start tasks, or follow through consistently. Coaching fills that gap. A lot of my clients are medicated and still feel like they're drowning. That's exactly who I work with.

Am I struggling enough to need help?

If you're asking that question, probably yes. High-functioning professionals are often the last to ask for support — because they've been masking and managing for years. You don't have to hit a wall to deserve help.

What if nothing has worked for me before?

Most things haven't worked because they weren't built for an ADHD brain. We don't start with generic frameworks — we start with you, and figure out what actually fits.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

A diagnosis helps us understand your brain better, but it's not a requirement to start. If you're unsure, the free 15-min call is a good place to begin.

How is this different from just Googling advice?
