Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-focused and practical. We're not here to process the past — we're here to build systems that work for your brain right now. If you're also working with a therapist, coaching sits alongside that really well.
I'm on medication. Do I still need this?

Medication can help with focus — but it doesn't teach you how to organise your time, start tasks, or follow through consistently. Coaching fills that gap. A lot of my clients are medicated and still feel like they're drowning. That's exactly who I work with.
Am I struggling enough to need help?

If you're asking that question, probably yes. High-functioning professionals are often the last to ask for support — because they've been masking and managing for years. You don't have to hit a wall to deserve help.
What if nothing has worked for me before?

Most things haven't worked because they weren't built for an ADHD brain. We don't start with generic frameworks — we start with you, and figure out what actually fits.
Do I need a formal diagnosis?
